In Muhammad faith there is no differences and divisions in faith... Everyone is same and has the same value.... @Aly.mac101

sunnis/shiahs
sephardic/ashkenazi
protestant/catholic/mormon/methodist/etc.

oh ok so sunni and shi'a is the different sects in Islam but the question doesn't say anything about the different sects

internal differences meaning all the different sects that can be found amongst the religions.

jews have reformed judaism which lets them drive cars on the sabbath
reformed jews consider children with a jewish father as part of the faith while the mainstream religion requires the mother to be jewish.
reform jews don't restrict women from positions like cantors/rabbis
etc.

I don't know much about islam/christianity though
