Which of the following can be assumed about a protist that has both flagella and chlorophyll?
It must be able to form colonies, and the colonies might move around to follow the sun. It must be unicellular, and it might spend part of its life away from water. It must have a nucleus, and it might gather food or make food for itself. It must make its own sugars, and it might use them to make spores for reproduction.

hmm??
which answers can you eliminate
what do u think??
What do chlorophyll and flagella do for a cell?
Chlorophyll refers to a green pigment found in most plants, algae and cyanobacteria. It absorbs sunlight and uses its energy to synthesise carbohydrates
yup,thats right
cilia help the cell move around (They are like little tails that they swim around with. They are only in prokaryotic cells.) They are also in eukaryotic cells. However, in eukaryotic cells they are 10X thicker, much mroe complex and also have microtubules that extend along their entire length.
flagella is a tail-like projection that protrudes from the cell body of certain prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells, and functions in locomotion
idk
is it A?? @jedi_trooper
it's either A or C
?
I say C. You know for sure they have a nucleus. The flagella can be used to move around for hunting when the sun isn't out while the chlorophyll can be used to make food when the sun is available.
ok thanx
good job @jedi_trooper
