when you convert 100 feet per second to inches per second, will there be more or less than 100 inches. EXPLAIN.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you get it @track01

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hang on a second

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@perl

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There's 12 inches in every foot. Right Sooooooo let's see... (sorry I'm doing work on a napkin)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol its ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It would be more than right, because 100*12 is more than just 100 feet. If that's what the question is asking.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i guess yeah

OpenStudy (anonymous):

TO convert feet per minute to inches per second, you have to multiply by 12, then convert minutes to second and divide by 60, then take feet per minute and multiply 12/60 which is 0.2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So 0.2 *100 I'm assuming since I just add on the zeros from the "100"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh
