How do you talk about the future (things that are going to happen) using present tense in spanish? What three things do you need?

OpenStudy (gelidium):

For example, 1.Voy al doctor el proximo mes. I go to the doctor next month. Yo voy is present tense, but you need to specify the time in the future, el proximo mes. you are speaking about the future, but you are in present tense. 2. Manana puedes visitar mi casa. Tomorrow you can visit my home. Tu puedes is present tense and visitar is infinitive. Tomorrow is a time in the future, but you are speaking in present tense. Write me if you need more explanation.
