I would say it is the end of American revolution, treaty of paris, 1783 the reason is that both america and uk stop fighting and start to negotiate independence.

yeah i was reading mroe into that. the american revolution was the thirteen colinies of america right? being under the british government?

yea america use to have thirteen colinies and the uk military was controlling it.
