OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Help with what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the link is empty !!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry,ill just fix it

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Do you know what domains and ranges are? If so, can you tell me?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

domis are the element along with the range in a function,we treat the functions as a set of ordered pairs;x and y

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x is the domains and y is the range, y=fx

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok for the first graph the domain is IR and the range is IR+ can you see that ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the domains consits are of all numbers for x,that define the function

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Exactly! So now you can list the ordered pairs:)!! That's pretty much it!!:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what about the |x|=y??

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

What do you mean?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in the first one the line doesnt stop on either sides,so the domain is all the real numbers and since there is no high point or low ,the range could be 0, y>=0

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Also, do you know what the zeroes are?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its the first graph on the top corner
