so last prisoner  sadly will be killed in first round, is prisoner 37 .
37+4 mod 40 would give prisoner 1
but he is already  been killed (bang bang )
thus go to the next lucky one prisoner number 2

so here im confused cuz he is asking for seats , dnt know if i should reduce prisoners to 40-12 or not , hmmm
