you should set up a ratio

5.5 X 3 = 16.5 feet 
4.5 X 3 = 13.5 feet 

16.5 X 13.5 = 222.75 sq ft 

222.75 X 1.50 = 334.125 $ 

You have only $300 , so you cannot afford it.

So much for just setting it up.   {shakes head a little}

Of course it doesn't say how may square yards.  You must calculate it!  Then, convert to square feet.  (or in the opposite order like alex1248191).
