i hope she comes back she was a great user and also i have talked to some users that come back after missing for a long time and they say "I even forgot about Open Study" why doesn't OS make an email thing that it emails someone after they go missing for about 2 to 3 months.

Because maybe they just don't go on it that much anymore. I understand your concern, but just chill out a bit. I had a friend who left for 4 months and shes fine.

I see replies by Linda that are dated as 1 month ago.  Now, what a "month" is can be a little vague (6 weeks perhaps?) it does not look like it has been more than 2 months.
