Sure, the circumference formula is C=pi(d) where C is the circumference, pi is 3.14 (or the pi button on the calc), and d is the diameter. Plug in what we know: 72=(3.14)d. So to isolate d, we need to divide both sides by pi and we are left with 72/pi=d. Choice D
