I would use Satellite's recommendation from the last time you posted this,
Multiply both sides by 2,\[\Large\rm 6x^2+2x-3=0\]

Then throw it into the quadratic function:\[\Large\rm x=\frac{-b\pm\sqrt{b^2-4ac}}{2a}\]
