what question does not represent four more than one-third x? 1/3x+4 or 1/4x+3 or x/3+4 ???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x/3 and 1/3x are equal, as multiplying something by 1/3 and dividing it by 3 are the same thing. Therefore, the first and third answers both represent four more than 1/3. B is the odd one out.
