Today I have found beauty in Mathematics. I have struggled with understanding concepts and why it is needed. It took much thought, and I realized math is just like art and poetry and unique with purpose. What does math mean to you? What significance does it play in your life?

math to me means passing the eighth grade successfully so when i grow older, i'm an actual valued member of society

Math is beautiful. It's in everything. Music. Computers.

I personally adore fractals, geometry, etc.

Ooo this is a fun question :)
To be honest though, I don't have a clear picture of what role mathematics will play in my future, nor what they mean to me right now.

I'm just really really enjoying learning all these cool new things at the moment :)
P.S. Complex numbers are the coolest thing ever. :P
