I need help in graphing a parabola using the form f(x)=ax²+bx+c heres the given: f(x) = -2x²+5x+12
Simplest way: 1/ make a table x , y 2/ assign some values of x, y 3/ link them. 4/ done
Do you know f(x) is y??
but I dont know how to assign some values. sorry I really dont get this lesson :/
ok, go other one when f(x) =0 , x =? solve for x from original problem, you may have 2 roots when x =0 , f(x) =? , you have 1 answer here so far, you have 3 points, link them.
@Michxzs If you do want to study, pick one method to follow. I can walk you through. If you just want the answer, feel free to ignore me.
Here is Khan doing this type of problem http://www.khanacademy.org/math/algebra/quadratics/solving_graphing_quadratics/v/graphing-a-quadratic-function
ok thank you!
