(Algebra II) How would I answer a question like this?: http://prntscr.com/4jb1x4

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

Do you know how to solve inverse?

OpenStudy (hugsnotughs):

Mr. Grey: I do know how to solve inverse. I first substitute the f(x) with y. Then, I reverse the a and y variables, solve for y, and replace y with f^-1 (x).

OpenStudy (hugsnotughs):

I just don't know how I would solve it with the "4" replacing the "x"...

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

Interesting....I blanked ;-;

OpenStudy (hugsnotughs):

Oh, Mr. Grey, it's fine, I'll just guess.

OpenStudy (hugsnotughs):

Ha, can you believe I got it right Mr. Grey?

OpenStudy (hugsnotughs):

Anyways, I must go do Biology now. Laters, baby. ;)
