That is what it asks about.  Now, what about:

A diameter is always made up of two radii true false

I removed the word any.  Without the word any, the meaning is changed completely.  A diameter is the two radii that form a line through the center of the circle that is share by that diameter.  If it is not those two specific radii, then they don't make that diameter.  So the word any becomes a problem.

Well, your question asks if it is ANY two.  It is two, but not ANY two.  It is a very specific two.  That make it more clear?

Now, if the question was, "Is the length of a diameter the same as the combined length of any two radii," well, that is a different thing again.  When you talk about length, then it is any.  But if you ask about the specific line segment or specific diameter, it limits what it can be.  That is why you have to be very careful when they say something with ANY in it.
