This one is tricky because the radicands are not the same so even though they are both square roots, you can't add them. This is what I come up with for this one:

|dw:1409783835461:dw|Because what's under the radical sign has a different sign (one is +9 and the other is -9) you cannot add them other to simplify them and put the + sign between them.
