Also, here are some good general guidelines for Celsius that I use. Freezing = 0C and 32F Room Temperature = 21C and 70F Body Temp = 37C and 99F (approximately) Boiling Water= 100C and 212F Also, just a fun little bit of info, - 40C is the same as - 40 F.
