Absolute value of |x − 0.525| = 0.01

myininaya (myininaya):

This will result in two equations Use this to find your two equations: |f(x)|=f(x) or -f(x) depending on what values of x we have This means |x+3|=x+3 or -(x+3) So if you have |x-0.525|, what could this equal?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have no idea I was taught to add 0.525 to both sides then you would have X alone.
