Why dont we break this down, eh?
So we know its not A nor C. That gives us two options. if we look at B it says "lower mantle" in the Earths rigid / plates the lower mantle is not a "plate" nor a "rigid". So that leaves us with one answear. Congratulations you got it correct. Your answear is D, Crust and Upper Mantle. (upper mantles in NASA.com and other space industries make "upper mantle" a certified plate. Sorta weird though that lower mantles arnt certified plates. Hope this helped. Good luck :)
