"Mount McKinley, also known as Denali, is located in the Alaska Range. Its elevation is 20,320 feet/6803 meters above sea level, because technically continental U.S. does include Alaska. However generally the term continental U,S. is erroneously used to mean the lower 48 states. In the lower 48 states, the highest mountain is Mount Whitney, at 14,505 ft."
