Please read this pdf and tell me what "pool" means in the context used.... because If I;m going to put fleas or leas inside a pool, don't you think is too big for that? PD: I've already read it... it's a study where reasearchers collected, fleas, leas and ticks from different animals (and humans) to put them on pools and do the PCR method to identify which parasite is inside every flea,lea or tick.. a "pool" is a group from which sample individuals may be taken for experimentation.
