How would you make a table for a function whose graph has y-intercept of 4 and slope of 2?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y intersection basically means when the line intersects or passes through the y intersect therefore x would be 0 and y where it crossed which is 4. (0.4) Since you know that the lane passes through the y intercept of 4. Start from it with the slope of 2 and form a line which I am sure will give you enough points to make a table x|y

Is there an equation I can use to find the points?

OpenStudy (coconutjj):

Use y=mx+b, m = slope b = y intercept so... y=2x+4
