2) square root of 6a - 4 square root of 54a - 4 square root of 216a

\frac{6}{x} * \frac{4 + \frac 18}{x} =
\frac{6}{x} * \frac{33}{8x} = \frac{3}{x} * \frac{33}{4x} = \frac{99}{4x^2}
\]But I don't think that is the problem even though you verified it is. That is why a screenshot would help. I think the problem may be:

\frac{4x+2}{x} * \frac{8}{2x+1} =
