Name: Brianna Age: 14 Part 1 Fill in the number of heartbeats per minute which you calculated from the Activity lesson page. Heart rate while dancing: 153 beats per minute Heart rate while studying: 96 beats per minute Heart rate while riding a bike: 149 beats per minute Compare these heart rates and explain why they are different. Your friend stopped jogging to take a 15 second quick count and counted 40 beats. Show or explain how she would find her beats per minute.
@aaronq
you calculated these in a previous activity, i can't help if you dont post the information. "Fill in the number of heartbeats per minute which you calculated from the Activity lesson page."
ok i edited the question
They heartbeats are different because the amounts of physical activity performed at each situation are different. Since a heart is a pump, the frequency of beats quantify rate of circulation of blood through the body. The heart will beat faster when blood needs to circulate faster because it carries oxygen and nutrients that \(O_2\)-depleted tissues need to carry out aerobic respiration.
Please post biology related questions in the biology section next time.
That question is from my science 3 class.

ahh ok ill put it in the right section next time.
thanks.
