Most tornadoes (87%) are no stronger than EF1 unless 'most' is considered 55% in which case the answer is EF0. EF0 - 65 to 85 mph EF1 - 86 to 110 mph The old f-scale [replaced in 2007 by the 'enhanced' F-scale (EF)] F0 - 40 to 73 mph F1 - 74 to 112 mph
F0 (Fujita-Pearson): 40-72mph F1 (Fujita-Pearson): 73-112mph F2 (Fujita-Pearson): 113-157mph F3 (Fujita-Pearson): 158-206mph F4 (Fujita-Pearson): 207-260mph F5 (Fujita-Pearson): 261-368mph this might help better.
