you are asked to make a scale drawing of a airport in centimeters. which of these ratios (in cm) would be most appropriate for your drawing 1:350 3500:1 or 1:3500

I'd say C, but none of these really make sense. I'm guessing they meant 1 cm = 3500 cm, which is a horrible way to write a ratio because no one is going to count it out if it's, say, 1.87 cm. It would've been better to say 1cm=1ft
