We should all have that one person who knows hot to bless us despite the evidence. My grandmother is that person to me and I'm going talk her. We call her "mama juana". She was born in June 20, 1920, so she is 95 years old. Her nationality is Mexican, was born in Leon Guanajuato. My grandmother is one of my greatest aspects in life. She help me a lot thought life. Without her, my life would be very miserable. She helped me in life and education. That's why she is too special to me and always will.

In my personal opinion, it was simple enough to understand, but it wasn't very fluent. Some sentences seemed a bit choppy, and could have used some conjugating. It's very good that you provided some background information to further lengthen and color your essay. I would include maybe any hardships your grandmother might have overcome, just for extra material, and a better feel to your essay...
