let's start at #13. That's the easiest of the bunch. I'm starting to think that after we have the equation that there wouldn't be anymore equations satisfying the condition because if suppose we have fractions like 1/12x^3and then taking the second derivative of u_xx we have 1/2xA unless I take the entire equation that's filled with 1/2 and multiplied by 2 but I'm not sure if that's legal to do that due to the fact that we need to satisfy u_xx+u_yy=Ax+By+C
