You could start off by having that be your main sentence then go from there on why you might agree with it.. how many paragraphs ?

That's odd, I'd ask your teacher to be sure. This seems like something you can only get maybe 3 paragraphs out of. Beginning paragraph being your interpretation of the quote, second being your reasoning to agree, then third being a mix of both first and second.
