A circular test track for cars has a circumference of 2.7km . A car travels around the track from the southernmost point to the northernmost point. What distance does the car travel? (answer 1.35km). Part B !!!!!!!What is the car's displacement from its original position?

OpenStudy (phi):

are you asking how to do Part A or Part B?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Part B. I got part A but idk if you need that for part B.

OpenStudy (phi):

displacement means the distance (in a straight line) between the start and end point. In this case, it will be the diameter of the circle. Any idea how to find the diameter?

yes thank you!
