What do I do when someone scams. No one cares when I report so that doesn't help anymore. Morderators don't do anything :( D:

The mods don't patrol the chat all the time, on top of that it's really difficult to see what's going on if you're not in the conversation. Hence, we usually don't act up in the chat, unless it's obvious what's going on (spamming, inappropriate language etc.)

We either need better tools to moderate the chat, or assigned chat moderators who only patrol the chat.
