what is -12=-5-6n+11?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Combine like terms. So \[-12=-6n+6......\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\frac{ -12 }{ -6 }=-6n+\frac{ 6 }{ -6 }\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[-18=6n...Then ... n=-3\]

OpenStudy (nikato):

^ its actually -18=-6n divide both sides by -6 so n=3
