Linear ODE Problem: " Find the general solution and interval of validity of dy/dx + 2xy = x^3 "
I have done all the example problems, but I can't seem to figure this one out.

I came to the conclusion that y=(1/2)*(x^2 - 1) is my general solution.
@3psilon , I'm a noob in a chemical engineering differentials class.
