Can someone please help me with this question? I'm a little confused. What do anaerobic organisms have in common with photosynthetic organisms? A) They both appeared on Earth at about the same time. B)They both can only exist as single-celled organisms. C)They both need an energy source in order to survive. D)They both produce carbon dioxide as a waste product. I think the answer is D but I'm not sure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

They both dont use oxygen during their processes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

They are autotrophs who make their own food...they use light as their source of energy...and usually contain a light gathering pigment such as chlorophyll or caratoniod or xylophyll

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh that kind of makes sense

OpenStudy (anonymous):
