it's a essay. I got the first part of this question down but don't understand or get this part at all.
power and liberty are not the same thing, they are on different sides limited power = more liberty, while more power = less liberty, it's a delicate balancing act
okay & would separation of powers suport this?
separation of powers = an act of vesting the legislative, executive, and judicial powers of government in separate bodies
