For what value of k does the equation 3x-2=k(2x-5) have..... a) 1 solution? b) x=0 as its only solution? c) no solution d) "all real numbers" as its solution

Are there any exponents in this equation? Or is the problem just three times x minus 2 equal to k times (two times x minus 5)?
