How could the relationship of the data be classified A fairly weak positive correlation A fairly strong negative correlation A fairly weak negative correlation No correlation

OpenStudy (kirbykirby):

Do you have a graph, or data, for this?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes but I don't know how to put it up

OpenStudy (kirbykirby):

Can you print screen it, and click "attach file" , or use the "Draw" tool

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ill try

OpenStudy (kirbykirby):

If you can identify most points going this way: / it is positively correlated If they are going this way: \ it is negatively correlated Strongly correlated means the points will be very close together.. almost forming a straight line. If the correlation is weak, the points sort of gather around a line but a lot more "loosely"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so it would b a right ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

be

OpenStudy (kirbykirby):

I would think more weak negative correlation (I know that "weak" vs "strong" is kind of vague... :( but from experience a strong correlation usually has points much closer to each other)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay thanks for helping me can you help with more

OpenStudy (kirbykirby):

sure
