Discuss how the structure and properties of water relate to the role that water plays as a medium of life.

The properties are:
1) Density and Viscosity
2) Latent heat of vaporisation.

I've already finished the other main properties that is, specific heat capacity, universal solvent, cohesion and surface tension.
