What does the Constitution require for a candidate to be approved as a federal judge?

The candidate must be a lawyer.

The candidate must be 50 years of age or older.

The candidate needs to have served previously as a judge in a state court system.

When I have trouble, I go to my teacher, and ask them to explain something to me so I understand. Bella, is not. She is simply asking for the answer, and I have offered many times that I will help, if she makes an effort to learn.

This is partly about me to. I gave the answer, I will be the judge if she needs the answer or not. Many of the questions in open-study go unanswered for whatever reasons, but I will give as i please and she may on her good conscience, ask how she pleases. There is always somebody that knows more than you.

Bella was right all along. Cydney, you were a little unfair with her. You got indignant when you thought she was calling a cheater but freely called her a cheater. You said you rarely just post a question but did not give her the benefit of the doubt that perhaps she too rarely did. In any event, Bella was correct in that she did not have a "teacher" in the sense you were asking. For credit recovery classes in hs, you work and PLATO and there must be a licensed teacher in the room to monitor. The teacher may be an English teacher who knows nothing about any other subject and is completely unable to help the students. This is usually the case,though sometimes you get a well versed helpful teacher. Hope you recovered some credits Bella!
