it is just natural that there is a zero at the end of the equation if the value of c is on the left hand side
standard form would be Ax + By = C

 6X+3Y+1=0 with an x coordinate of -3

that means replace the x (i.e erase the x and put -3 in its place)
6(-3) + 3y+1 =0

remember 6x is short for 6 times x, or in this case 6 times -3
6*-3 is -18

-18 + 3y + 1 =0

do you know how to simplify -18 + 1 ?
