Why was trade helpful for early people? It gave them a hobby to use up their spare time. It helped them deal with the lack of certain resources. It helped them understand basic economics. It gave them a reason to use and save money.

lets think Europe would trade with Indians from the Americas to gain things that they didn't have in Europe like Cotton and the Indians wouldn't ride horses they would eat them as food so the British traded broken horses so the Indians can hunt

i agree with B -- here's why: The classical definition of trade is is an exchange of THINGS or ACTIONS! This is not a form of currency. Tradings main objective was to get things or resources that was not readily available near you.
