They serve no educational function.  The site is about studying and learning and tutoring.  If you wanted to dissect a rap song to see how well it follows the genera as part of an American Popular Music class, it would be fine as long as you *bleep*ed any parts of the song that don't follow the CoC.  But doing a rap battle does not serve the same purpose.

Yes, the site is able to be viewed by anyone of any age.  They just need to use the guest account.  So the level of language used should be child friendly even though the users that can post are teens or above.  Then, if a 7 year old uses the guest account to browse OpenStudy it will not cause problems.

They are not being done for instructional purpose and do not examine rhythm with a beat at any given time.  They are not part of a class.  Without this sort of instructional attachment, they are not for OpenStudy.

It would be considered as spamming
