This would be better off asking in the chatboxes or via private message. While you are allowed to discuss course material, trade notes and collaborate on projects together with students from the same institute; you are not allowed to solicit, send or receive, tests, questions or assignments, and you are not allowed to violate academic integrity.

Okay, but then why does it give us the option to say what school we go to in our profile?

There is nothing wrong with going to the same school as someone, and interacting with them over OpenStudy, just don't trade answers or swap information.
