What are three important features of charts and graphs?

1. Title: description of what the data in the graph refers to.

2. Axis and Scale: most have 2, the x axis and the y axis, equal spacing for scale which with numbers and possible categories.

3. Grid of Lines: may appear within a graph - aid in the visual alignment of data

4. Legend (Key): if multiple variables shown then a list of the variables appearing in the chart and an example of their appearance is shown

5 Labels: data of a chart can be shown in many formats, and may include labels which could be text, dots or shapes, connected or unconnected and in any color or shap
