d-2.8/0.2=-14

OpenStudy (mitu12):

d=0 i think

OpenStudy (x3_drummerchick):

just making sure, this is the problem correct?\[ \frac{d -2.8 }{ 0.2 } = -14\]

OpenStudy (x3_drummerchick):

\[d-2.8\div.02 = -14\] like this? the reason i'm asking is because it makes all the difference

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes but it is .2 instead of .02

OpenStudy (x3_drummerchick):

my bad, that was a typo. okay no biggy, so in this case, we follow order of operations: P arentheses E xponents M ultiplication or D ivision A ddition S ubtraction. in this case, it would be the division. -2.8/0.2 = _______

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you I have one more to list. Thanks for your help

OpenStudy (x3_drummerchick):
