I would say for sure c. Desert is definitely way more dry than the tundra. Dont you think?

I'm pretty sure its a , because the grasslands receive about 50-88 cm of rain a year and the tundra and desert only receive about 5-25 cm of rain a year (sorry for the wait on my response Ihave a messed up wrist)
