There are people who believe in Superstition(ex: Good Luck), which is Pseudoscience.

Everybody knows it's not true

This goes back to the first option, people think Good Luck is true, that's why they believe in it.

No books are written about it

This is obviously not true.

It can not be subjected to the scientific method

This is not true, it's already been subjected to the scientific method, that's how we know it's Pseudoscience.
