I've tried using dot products to approach this question but I have no idea how to approach it with cross products either... Find two vectors v1 and v2 whose sum is < 3,-3,0 >, where v1 is parallel to < -2,-4,4 > while v2 is perpendicular to < -2,-4,4 >.
