Explain the relationship between interactions and interdependence?

An interaction is a reaction (chemical or physical), between two organisms or cells, or chemicals.

Interdependence, occurs where 2 organism require the inherent product or physical feature of the other. (it is a necessary relationship. (an example of this is a symbiotic relationship between 2 or more organisms, e.g. a lichen where a fungus and an alga are interdependent.)
